RULES & REGULATION :

Students must be well discipline and a must to have good moral character. Obedience to authorities bring progress and success. The code of conduct here is not to let the students choose between becoming a good students or bad students but to make the best students of all.

READ BELOW

1. Communication between students, students to teachers should only be in English inside the school campus.
2. Every student is urged to contribute to the high standard of the School by his/her good manners.
3. RESPECT is everything in School and in society too. Students must show due respect to teachers in School as well as outside the School. By wishing and communicating in an orderly manner.
4. Running and shouting , is not allowed inside the school campus. This is an act of disobedience.
5. Fighting, quarrelling and bullying , stealing and cheating is an act of crime and violence and is not permitted inside ass well as outside the school. If found he/she will be severely punished or even expelled.
6. Students must take care of all the school property with utmost care. Any damage done must be made good by students responsible.
7. Any harmful/fancy items such as mobile phones, magazines, articles and any unrelated materials will be confiscated if found. Confiscated item/items will not be returned.
8. Students must come to the school with complete stationary. Sharing stationary item is not permitted.
9. Students are not allowed to go out beyond the school campus without the permission from the school authority/Principal.
10. Meeting of parents/guardians and friends is not permitted during school hour.
11. Students must show due respect to their teacher in the classroom and disrespectful behaviour will be dealt seriously.
12. Students should follow their time schedule strictly.
13. A student

a). Must be regular and punctual.

b). Must keep the school, classroom, campus, toilet neat and clean.

c). Must not drink water inside classroom without permission from the concern teacher.

d). Must not eat inside the classroom.

e). Must not sing, whistles, make noise inside the classroom.

f). Must not go out of the classroom without permission from the teacher.

g). Must come to the school in neat and clean uniform.

h). Must use soft tone while talking to teacher.

i). Hair must be neatly cut.

Disobedience to the above rules and regulation will lead to suspension from school for 5 days. While coming back he/she must bring a commitment letter duly sign by parents. If he/she continues to misbehaves even after the punishment  his/her name will be struck off from the school register without any further warning.

                                                                                                             STAY SAFE

ATTENDANCE  RULE :

1. Students less than 85% attendance will not be permitted to sit in the examination.
2. Leave of absence may be granted only on the following condition
   1. Serious illness or death of a very close relatives
   2. Religious ceremony in which his/her presence is indispensible.
   3. Absence must apply for leave the following day countersigned by parents.
   4. Absentees without leave application will be imposed a fine of Rs.200 per day.
   5. In case of sickness medical certificate must be produced.
   6. If a student’s is absent for 5 consecutive days without any information, his/her name will be struck off from the school register.
      
      
      
      
      
      
      
      
      
      

      IMPORTANT NOTES TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS :

       

      1. Parents/Guardians are requested to cooperate with school/boarding authority.
      2. Parents /Guardians are requested to pay their wards monthly fees regularly for the smooth functioning/running of the school/boarding.
      3. Any complaint should be made to the Principal. All the application should be address to the Principal.
      4. Parents/Guardians should come at least once in a month to discuss the progress of the students.
      5. Parents are requested to meet all the requirement of their wards for the school and the boarding.
      6. Unauthorized absence for five or more consecutive days will lead to deletion of his/her from the register.
      7. If a student is caught using tobacco products in form of pan and masala, talab, gutka, cigarette and any related items he/she will be fine a sum of Rs.4000 and suspension from school for 5 days or expelled. And if he/she is found drinking liquor(foreign or local)/ using dendrite/any related items either in school or outside school campus he/she will be expelled or fine a sum of Rs.10000 and suspend from school for 10 days.
      8. Any form of punishment are not welcome by parents. Therefore, parents are informed to be present when called at the Principal office to initiate corrective measures. Parents will be called on the given reasons(bad attitude, disrespectful behaviour, stubbornness, assignment not done, bad body expression, not cooperating to teacher in the classroom, using bad words).

       

      HOSTEL/BOARDING RULES AND REGULATION

       

      There are two separate hostels : one for the boys and the other for girls.

      The boarding provide homely care to all the student, gives complete educational guidance to good students and poor student alike. (Parents can also avail special tuition for weaker students). The boarding provide boiled water for drinking ; have 24 hours water supply and 24 hours electricity.

       

      Here are some rules and regulation that every student must follow

       

      1.   Every boarder must show due respect to their teachers, wardens, boarders mate and respect all property of the hostel.
      2.   All students are expected to be punctual in studies, meal and all other activities.
      3.   Once admitted a boarder must complete a session. Failing which lead to expulsion from school/hostel immediately. He/she can become a day scholar only after the completion of a session.
      4.  If the students leave the school premises without permission he/she will be expelled from the school/hostel immediately.
      5.  Mobile phones, jewellery, medicines, sharp items or any other costly items and harmful items should not be in possession with the students. If found they will be confiscated. (Confiscated item will not be returned). If lost, the school/hostel will not hold any responsibility.
      6.  Parents and Guardians permitted to meet their wards(as fill up in the visiting form)once in a month. (i.e. 2^nd Saturday of every month). Other days will not be entertained. Parents/Guardians name not given in the visiting form will not be permitted to meet their wards.

      Visiting hour  :  9:00 am – 2:00 pm only on 2^nd Saturday.

      1. Students must keep their dormitory neat, clean and tidy.
      2. Eating eatables inside dormitory, food taken inside the dormitory will lead to severe punishment.(can be done only when the students fall seriously sick).
      3. Students found using intoxicated things (like smoking, chewing pan, chewing tobacco and etc.) will lead to expulsion from school/hostel without any warning.
      4. Students should not entertain any visitor , other than those approved by parents. (Names given in the form).
      5.  All the hostel fees must be paid on time. i.e. on or before 10 of every month. All fees must be paid in advance.
      6. The school reserves the right to raise the fees from time to time, if cost escalation compels such a measures.
      7. A resident students failing in his/her promotion will not be re-admitted in the hostel.
      8. After holidays, all students should return to the hostel before 4:00 pm the day before the school re-open.
      9. All students should be dropped by their respective parents or guardian as given in the visiting form. Students returning to hostel without their parents or guardians will not be accepted.
      10. Late comers will be fined Rs.100/-.
      11. All the above rules and regulation is applicable to both day scholar and boarders if disciplined rules are violated.
      
      
      
      
      
      

      WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SCHOOL & CERTIFICATES:

      1.  The School have full responsibility to remove any students for violation of the school rules and regulation.

      2.  Certificates will be issued on application and payment of Rs.200 per certificate. Students withdrawing from the school (requiring Transfer Certificate) must apply within 10 day from the date of the declaration of Term end exam result. Issue of T.C. and other related certificate will not be entertained thereafter.

      3.  If parents want to withdraw his/her ward during the mid – session, students must pay full tuition fees/hostel fees/computer fees and other related fees for the whole session.

      
      

      
      

      CORRECTION OF NAME:

      Names and address entered in the admission form will be used for all official purposes. If any students want to change his/her names, parent’s names, address, date of birth and others; he/she must write an application to the principal and on payment of Rs.20 per names.
